Royal fail/Parcelfarce is fucking jokes. We use them at my work and more and more stuff appears to go missing or be late.
I know someone who works as a postie and he said he's seen people steal things from parcels, some posties won't even try to deliver a parcel if they can't be bothered to carry it, they just fill out one of those "we tried to deliver" cards and slip that through your door and leave the parcel at the depot.
