you're gonna regret getting rid of this....just finish that build off and sit and look at it for a few weeks before you do!

SNAP! :-)
The frame is actually made by Vitus, the Vitus frame badged by Peugeot was used by Sean Kelly in the Mid 80's Tour de France.
I was given mine about 6 years ago and used it to start and get myself back to fitness.
Super light, but too good to use as a Winter Bike, so I have set mine up on the Turbo.
Haven't got a true idea of Value, mines Campag Chorus/Athena throughout with Eunos Wheels.
I'd think before selling as the Yanks absolutely cream themselves over these Vitus frames.

Trust me, it'd be a wrench to see it go but it's too small to do any serious miles with. I have my Vitus 979 to fall back on though.

Yours is lovely! Like I said I'd rather not get rid but I've a 979 too...I remember watching Robert Millar smash the Alps on one of these and I've wanted the same bike since that time. I realise how rare they are now but it's no good gathering dust. I was going to rebuild it with Mavic components throughout and go for a completely French bike but that'll take forever and an overdraft!

What a beautiful bike!
Looking to trade my Peugeot Fibre De Carbone F&F for a steel (531) track F&F 57cm C-T. Looking for something modern, nice and tight but suitable for road and track riding. Anything considered!
The FdC is French threaded - just so you know - I have Campagnolo B/B cups to fit but no axle. Overall it's in good condition, although there are some marks here and there.
I based in Sheffield so viewing is going to be an issue but something could be worked out I'm sure!
If interested please PM!
Thanks!
