I've just ordered a drive train that has prime numbers for the chainring and sprocket. On one hand I feel that this will make for the most even wear on the drive train that is possible... on the other hand it's incredibly nerdy and I need help.
I've also built a Rohloff gear inch calculator for those seeking to find the optimal direct drive gear and see the range of gears that would result from using that.
I'm spending almost more time playing with numbers than I am with bike parts.
