Bar end plugs that don't fall out

Vote number 800,000 for wrapping your bars properly - leaving an inch of tape when you start. Then tuck it into the bar before you put the plug in.

This is obviously the way to do it if you're using bar tape. I've only used blu tack when the bar end plugs that go with the grips are too small for the bars.
