unfortunately you missed the boat by about a year.
no longer builds frames, you probably couldn't have afforded on anyway ;)
then again, i'm sure if you took that pic to someone who knew their craft i'm sure they'd be able to make you that bar/stem combo no trouble at all. the original hammerhead was a bargin at only $250 so theres bound to be someone in the uk who could do it cheaper.
