London Bike Shops - A Map

Has anyone seen the new shop of where Roseberry Avenue crosses with Grays Inn Road?
I think called London Bike Workshop?
Right round the corner from Condor
There is only a sign up at the moment, looks like the shop wont be open for a while

Opposite my office - Hadn't noticed - will have to check it out tomorrow.
