The guy with dreads at 14. After I bought a 19t sprocket on a whim, borrowed their lockring tool and chainwhip, i realised my chain was not long enough. Having not intended on buying a new chain I was a bit miffed that the only chain he thought would fit was a white (bleugh) £30 chain. On seeing my reluctance at buying said chain he offered to try a Kool chain to see if it would fit with no obligation to buy it. Luckily it did fit and so ends the shit tale. I know some places would have made me buy the chain before even taking it out of the box.
