The funny thing is, I get more rep for carping on this thread than for anything else. Nonetheless, if I knew what to do with it I'd definitely want one of these

Just no. It's wrong, and you surely know why. Actually, two reasons.
NJS hubs are loose ball, double fixed. Sealed bearing flip flop hubs are for girlie men who can't hack the real thing.
whatever you say mister macho-man
i just googled suzue pro max shiny shiny and picked the first photo

The irony is that once you get past about 57cm you can pick up Keirin frames pretty cheap as none of the locals can ride them (racist). It's the 52cm - 54cm ones that the locals seem to fight over.
however, due to the fact that there are very few frames that size, and western people willing to pays lots of money for a big frame.... they really dont go for cheap.
Plus alot of Japanese (at least in my part of the country) dont ride Keirin frames, they ride Western Frames... Soma/Surly etc

I got a 56cm square Samson (with Columbus tubing) that was more than the 52 / 53 / 54cm frames in teh same shop. I had a little trouble getting a bigger frame, but big frames weren't any cheaper than smaller frames.

I could chew through that front lock on the Colnago.
I would gladly chew through that lock* ;)
(*as a bet with the owner maybe. Obviously it would be pants to be in the posession of such a nice bike, having half inched it)

cannot beive they get away with that lock setup in london. That is one of those vintage kyrptonites that you can open with a biro.
Now that is a very clever thing to say.. now that the bikes location has also been posted..

They bought them from the shops* and repainted them, as Koga were team sponsor of KNWU but didn't have a competitive track frame at the time. Now they ride Kimeras, whose design was obviously influenced by the BT but is an entirely Dutch affair
*I made that bit up - they may well have got a deal from the BT factory, given that it was obvious to everybody that the Dutch team were on BTs.

I wasn't. Not a major fan of the brown/pink combo. Especially dislike the bars :S
Frame looks nice along with some components but a simple change of colour would improve it tenfold for me.
