best place is spain, i buy mine when i go on holiday.
a humidor is needed if you want to store them for any length of time, you can pick up a cheap one for £60-£80 cigars improve with age, i have some 10 year old monte no2's slowly maturing.
the cigar bit in selfridges is o.k.
