Wanted: Professional editor

i'm just finishing my final paper for a MSc - i want a professional (or student) editor to check over the paper twice (once on draft once ofn final). 10 000 words and turnaround time will be a couple of days in early-mid sep. will need to agree fees and happy to pay if quality work.
