I think the spoke wrenchs on your tool is are the 3 gaps between the chain holders on the chain tool part of it.

Look really cunty to use - for when you're stuck out in the waps with a fucked wheel not for routine truing.

No, it's the 2 nipple-sized gaps on the tyre lever part of the tool, as alluded to by the OP.
