I walked through before on the way home, saw a few bodies on the side of the road but they looked to be victims of booze rather than knives.
huge barriers of cops throughout the carnival.
They are keeping the noise down as well this year normally the house shakes as we are at the end of the route but today it's been not to bad.
There are mobile cctv vans all over the place as well.
Bikes - I saw alot of people walking through ladbrooke grove with them but taking them into the main areas would be crazy.
transport wise - use Holland Park station it's the best to get in and out of seems to always be the place no one knows about and they give you a free drink when you get out.
