^ Thanks, do constantly. Rav has a reputation for not exactly sticking to his word too, so much interest in a lot of those places that you're not always sure where you stand.

Bump.
He's a good flat mate - and the wood work isn't too noisy or messy.
Hello all,
I need to move out of my current flat soon and am finding it tricky finding a place with space for my stuff.
I've 3 bikes and a bit of furniture plus wood working tools and materials. I'm looking for a live/work warehouse I guess but at the moment the double room I'm in is fine and ex-girlfriend and neighbours were always fine with the odd bit of sawing and sanding noise. I work at a framers and am starting a joinery course part time next month so doing a little bit of work to a space is also an option.
If you know of anything, are looking for something similar or can offer advice please PM me.
Ideally north/ east area up to £650 per month all inclusive.
