39:15 gives me about 70 gi and is just about right for hilly cornwall - on a nice light bike, you can just about grind up any hill thrown at you, but not feel silly on the descents. Although I might drop a tooth at the back in a few months if my training has paid off and i am a likkle bit fitter ;)
