Any hub you like. Red ones are fastest though.

would 126mm goldtec work? any problems with the chainline?

You may be able to get the hub spaced for you if you're buying it in a shop. Or you could do it yourself and might possibly need a longer axle if you're comfortable with cone spanners, lock nuts, spacers, measuring etc. Is it a steel frame? If so it will pull in a few mm easily.

Chainline is a bit of a nonsense term, you just need to marry the offest between the hub/hub centre and chainring/centre of BB shell, this creates your chainline. It's easiest to buy a hub and manipulate your bottom bracket length to get correct 'chainline'.
My bike is a holdsworth and the rear spacing is 135. What hub can i use to turn it into a fixed gear?
