I'm up in Scotland visiting family. I borrowed my brother-in-laws bike and went for a cycle. I didn't get further than 50 yards out the back of my sister's house when i found this:

It's an inline hockey court, just outside Bathgate. The surface is a little tatty and part of the fence is missing, but it's such a perfect bike polo court, i truly wish there were a load of folk here with bikes and mallets. It could be so perfect - we need one like this in London!

Great size, curvy corners, and it features it's own Dead Kennedys grafitti. Location is pretty amazing, set at the top of a 600ft hill with lovely views. Pity its a little far North for us. If i could get the local Bathgate boys and girls into bike polo without them stealing my bike / stabbing me i'd be doing well.

Murray, great to meet you and the others last night - thanks for the loan of the bikes, sorry i had to put everyone's seat posts down to accommodate my short legs.

Let me know when you're organising the Scottish Hardcourt Intercity Tournament, i'd love to come up for it, if only to see the acronym on a large banner.

You lot are totally welcome for a weekend in London, i'm sure we could find enough sofas/floor space for you all to crash.
