not that i am justifying it, but with the size of company they are and the amount of money they put into projects, surely they could have found someone more competent with using photoshop right ?

Nahh, MS only use paint.net, any other oftware doesnt exist.

Every now and then my wife, who's from St Lucia, and I go to Poland to visit my parents and some track stops on the motorway can be bit intimidating...

shocking fail, but surely they could've just found a different stock image? it must take longer to photoshop a white guy onto the the black guy's body than to pick a different photo and avoid looking racist.
