• the lengths we got before were way over a metre each, so had to be cut. I cut mine with a hacksaw, with a brand new blade, and it was fine, takes 2-3 times longer than cutting alu, and you have to stop from time to time for the Ti to cool, The same goes for drilling.

    Saying that, this was with grade 2, grades 6 & 9 contain vanadium, which is very hard I believe (used to harden tools). So we'll see, might require TiCarbide or tungsten bits to drill it.
