I'm now much more strongly considering riding this thing fixed. I've set up my bike with a completely different front end more suited to distance and speed (not that we'll be going for speed!)
Here's the new set up (different forks, front wheel (which is from a 20-25 yr old pug!), bars, stem, brake)
