I agree the boys club vibe can be tedious, but a girl who's gonna put herself in amongst 250 sweaty men on bikes would need to have a thicker skin than to have a little photo like that put her off cycling don't you think? Maybe it's a cultural difference but the girls I know aren't that sensitive...
