Wheel advice

I am going to Manchester at the end of September. Manchester is very specific about tyres. Must be 23 mm.

My track bike has Mavic Ellipse wheels with clinchers but because the front clearance is very tight I can only fit a 19 mm tyre. If I am going to fit 23s I will need tubs. Anyone got any suggestions for what tubs and where to get them. Don't want to spend too much. Will only use them on indoor tracks or special events. Should I go spok? Only requirement is that they must be black.

get some navigators (planet x have them) if you want tub wheels, or just use what you already have, if they were ok at newport, they'll be ok at manc.

don't worry too much about the "rules" they are there to stop people using very unsuitable bikes.
