Yes, it is a bit confusing, but actually it's "Yon Walker". Because DW is an actual genuine 100% pure blood Scotsman the noo, he uses the proximate definite article in his native dialect to set his frames apart from those made by non-Caledonians of the same surname. Translated for Sassenachs, it simply means "That Walker", in contradistinction to the generality of Walkers.
Most people use "that" when DW is is pointed out to them, as in the exchange:
"D'ye ken it's the real Don Walker yonder"
"Aye, that Wa*ker"
