She must've been good. Its a pretty crazy idea to unleash someone on the track for the first time with pursuit sponges on the inside of the track. I guess thats the trouble with Manchester, always squeezing sessions in.
A lot of negative talk from the coach too, "you must respect...", "don't do this or you'll go over the handlebars". Sounds proper rad to me.
