Inspired by recent cyclic triumphs like the BridgesRide™ - I would like to forward a ride of my own, The New Oxford Street Ride.
It's going to be a pretty much full on taking of New Oxford Street - from end to to fucking end - we will meet outside the Dominion Theatre, Tottenham Court Road and ride to where New Oxford Street meets the top of Shaftsbury Avenue - at which point it becomes one way, so everyone will have to get off their bikes and fucking walk until we get to Holborn tube station.
I imagine there will be a few nutters who will want to cycle all the way back, but the rest of us will go and get badly pissed up in a local pub using beer and wines.
There will be several stop off points along the route, I know a couple of decent pubs along that route, but also if people simply want to pull over to lay down a 'road egg' that is also cool.
