Very hard to tell from the limited info and poor pics.
EUR 50.- is really low.
Send him/her a mail and ask for the type (name on top tube) and better description (parts, state, etc).
Don't place bids.
Contact him directly and make clear that you are interested for the EUR 50.-, but need more details and pictures.
His other 2 bikes are not top quality though...
