There is a strong possibility this is a Geoffery Butler. I used to own a VERY similar 27.0 post, zeus ends, english BB G Butler. He used to make frames and put other companies decals on them if the customer wanted. Mine had Peugeots. (WTF!) Wouldn't swear to it, but its the most likely. Mine had nicer lugs though.
