anyway cutting to the chase.

well, some cnut on wandsworth common stole my bike at knifepoint this evening. (posten in stolen bikes thread) So this has left me completely fcuked in terms of commuting.

Really do need to get up and running ASAP, but recently spent most of my money in order to join my friends at reading this year, which means that getting an OTP is out of the question, and starting a new build will take too long i fear, due to my lack of finance.

So basically, anyone who has any freebies(pref) etc or any parts lying about for a reasonable.../cheap price. Hit me up on here, drop me a PM and will get back to you.

I have an old 70s 10 speed frame you are welcome to, it doesn't look fantastic but its sound. Its got a new BB in it too. Think its about 57cms? I am around Kings Cross, but you would need to collect it today or tomorrow as after that I go on holiday for 10 days.

got an old sr stem you can also have but it is cut down so it has to be flush with the frame. cheapskate weight weeny ftw.

how long do you need it for? i have a fixed gear bike made up that i can't store right now so would rather it be ridden - its a 55cm brakeless though

once my loaner bike is returned towards the end of the month ( currently out with a forumengers brother ) you can borrow that for as long as you need it

700c'ed carlton geared 54-56 frame size possible a tad bigger

cycling to college (balham to kensington from september etc). It's more that im trying to get my self a new bike rather than borrowing one though thanks for the offers though dickie and Greasy Slag. Also i wouldn't really trust myself not to get it robbed/taken again (especially if it was someone elses bike).
