Its the same as anywhere else - a wheel goes, owner leaves it there overnight and something else goes missing, bit by bit until its just a frame left.
There's some bike racks outside the police station on Brixton Road. 5 mins away from electric avenue. With two locks and a plastic bag over the saddle, you might be safe?
