both 55 cm top tube, the condor is 55 seat c to top and the rourke is 54.5 cm c to top.
it may just be the colour black makes things looks smaller, white larger.
both sizes are correct, i've got 4 track frames here and i'm trying to find the right one for me, each one as been measured and re measured.
