Hmmm, not as easy as you think it's going to be. Killed two birds with one stone by doing my intervals from a standing start instead of the usual rolling start. Best 10 second effort was 73m on 48/16, best 19 second effort was 177m on 48/15. In my defence, it was from a track stand start on my road bike, and I can surely do better on my track bike, although it wouldn't look good if I ploughed through a load of learner roller bladers at 30mph on a bike with no brakes.
