Excellent last posts!
The beans at my work kick like a mule. Pacing is required to make it through the day without a big crash.

You stand about as much chance of winning an argument with me as I do of beating Usain Bolt in the 100m.
Caffeine is in tea, muppet.

Yes but not in huge amounts like strong coffee. +1 win.

Maybe you should read the articles you post..
"You probably don't drink as much coffee as I drank, but just one caffeinated drink – whether it's a soft drink, caffeinated tea or coffee – will put your body on the caffeine rollercoaster."
Besides which, I like coffee. I'm not going to stop drinking it because some princess has a cry about the effects of caffeine. If I was bothered I'd drink decaf. I'm not bothered.

Most of us uses all arabica blends which only have a small amount of caffeine compared to regular coffee which usually contains allot of robusta beans ;-)

-
• #1290
I have Puly caff already. I need(ed) descaler. This stuff from Waitrose worked ok so I'll continue to use that unless there's a reason not to?
Shots went from 2:15 to 25s.

Most things I've read say NO to vinegar for descaling coffee machines.
The ones that are suggested tend to be citric acid based which doesn't taint the machine with vinegar.
Puly stuff isn't supposed to be citric acid either so they've got something funkier. -

Worthing. Never heard of it so it must be in North, South, East London or outside the M25 :)
Ah right. Well, that'll teach you for breeding! :P
Um.. only thing I can think of is waiting for a cheapo to appear on ebay. Or join TMC forum and wait for a use machine to appear.
