MacLean or Staff would be my choice to go up against Bolt, they can both do standing start 250m in <18s. Hoy's strength lies more at the top end.
Interpolating between trackpoints, I did the first 100m in about 13.3s on Thursday night on 93" and setting off fairly steadily, so it's a pretty poor show to not beat even sub-11s runners if you gear for it and give it plenty.
Next Thursday I'm using 72", and it's a race of no importance so I'll give it plenty off the line and see what I can do.
