The only verbs I can think of that are close are "rutschen" ('to slide') or "schlittern" (can mean 'to skid' but also other things. I suppose given the poor state of German, people would just make a 'German' verb, as in "skidden"--"ich skidde, du skiddest, er/sie/es skiddet" usw., but it would be nice if there was a German word for it.
