Wests is going great. Like the crew so much that I make the trip even though I'm living east now. 20 mile round trip !! We've just started using a multistory carpark. lit and undercover ! Could be an idea for newcastle winter polo ?!

why didnt we think of carpark. in other news ali has won a puma bike and will quite possibly be the first person in the world with a glow in the dark polo bike!!

^ matt, gav, al and me had a short look around on the way back from polo, there was one open air carpark with plenty spare cones lying about but a bit large...
got a few to check out, most seem to have attendants though

yeah there is one at regent centre, its tiny so probs no attendants, it has gates but not sure what time they close.

What about the multistorey with the free lift up the hill down behind the law courts ??

I've not been to polo "YET" so not sure what your looking for but what about metro centre or team valley they have alot of floodlights............

would probs be good but its a bit of a trek as most of us live in newcastle and run silly spinny polo gears.

good cheers bud,although a couple of times coming down bensham bank i forgot to keep pedaling,yep thats right,there was legs and pedals everywhere
didn't come off but had severe wobble,i must of looked an absolute ARSE.
I know this thing is gonna bite me in the arse,in a big way,but i'm kinda enjoying it, it think it helps that i just enjoy cycling no matter what discipline.

So here's to more practice,cuts and bruises

btw, had a look a the court behind rcyb / near (city stadium?) dunno if it's astroturf but it's not plain hard-court...the other downside it being twice the width with no boundry
