I used to work at City Uni which is in Angel/Clerkenwell border - If you don't mind walking a wee bit, then you can cycle down St. John's Street and park it in City University bike park (Northampton Square) - they have about 87489479827 cameras trained on the area and security guards and loads of bikes parked there.
That said, my mate lost an old Dawes from there and no one (security/cameras) had a lot to say...
