tweaked my team bought in gerrard , noble and mc fadden and got rid of ebanks blake (injured), arshavin (got gerrard instead) , modric (got noble, needed the extra money for gerrard,but more than happy with noble)

I will say though that there's gonna be a cut off for joining the pot as we wouldn't want someone waiting til Christmas to decide whether or not it's worth their while. I say end of this month is as good a relatively arbitrary date as any.
