Hmm I have one of these- I was bequeathed it, I used the wheels off it on a tandem as they were bombproof jobbies.
Now mine is a strange size- 22- 22.5 TT and about a 20.5 seat tube. I have seen similar in the LBS for repairs, but can't work out the quirky logic for a frame of that dimensions- a TT bike yes, but this is pure tourist.
Any clues anyone svp?

Hopefully I have first dibs still FB. Will collect with cash tomorrow lunch if that's cool.
Thanks
Bought this earlier from Hilary, but then saw a Mercian track frame in my size on ebay (sods law) and bought it, so dont need this.
I have already paid for it to be delivered to London, so you can collect from Holborn for the £28 I paid for it (obviously no delivery charge), paypal gift payment is fine.
Here is the original advert:
RALEIGH RANDONNEUR TOURING FRAME 1988
Seat Tube (ctt): 56cm
Top Tube (ctc): 56cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double-butted
This frame has braze-ons for a rear rack and for cantilever or V-brakes. This frame is in excellent condition except that its had the slightest of bumps - the down tube has a very small bump behind the lug which is extremely difficult to see but which can be felt. This won’t affect the strength or handling of the frame to any noticeable extent but hence it is only £28
