i have to agree, top specs on this bike and everything is almost perfect condition but the black electrical tape on white cork is a def no no!

If it's done properly it can be very nice.
Certainly better than (wrong color) red, white or other colors.
I don't like plastic caps at this position either.
So, there are no(t many) other/better options.
The thing is, it has to be done neatly.

i know the guy that is selling this so i can easily arrange for it to be sent to UK, i love the frame (it has some scratches and chips) but is way too small for me
