£10 a lesson is not actually that steep, we pay 7.50 for a training session if you don't "pay monthly". If it is 1-to-1 it is a fucking bargain you are getting. I pay about £4 a training session, I would be surprised if he didn't do monthly discounts like ours.
I throughly recommend kickboxing/thai boxing, I don't like taking weight or height into the equation, the guy who hits me hardest in sparring is 5ft 2 and does not seem to possess any fat on his body (he weighs buggar all). Technique is always more important than size.
On being dyspraxic ... I am dyspraxic and I don't have much trouble with routines. It is all muscle memory.
