If that team happens to still be together and all other teams who wish to enter the Euros are playing in the league and in same configuration. The last league showed us that this simply isn't the case.
I move that propostion 6 be recast with a simply yes/no option.
If "Yes" is the winning vote we should then hold a vote regarding how many teams should automatically qualify.
