San Marco Rolls fit

another potential retard question. just acquired a san marco rolls, expecting it to fit the seat post that my b17 happily fits, but came to put it on and the rails are too narrow. wtf.

do i need to just get a new seat post or what not? tis somewhat infuriating.

is it off by a mm or 2? Had similar issues in the past with certain turbo and seatpost combos.

yea, it only just doesn't fit. right bugger. ah well, i will take it along with my creaking cranks to east drinks for the first time later if i am still awake....

If it is only off my a mm or so, just clamp it down and the rails will clip into the grooves on the post. I have noticed small variations from saddle to saddle, and the rails have a bit of flex in them.
