Wanted: 2 bedroom flat to rent from early Sept

We need a 2 bedroom flat to rent from early September - Within a half hour walk, ride, bus, train, or tube of the Royal Free Hospital, Pond Street, NW3. Need space for bikes and easyish access for pushchair.

We were due to move but were done over and left in a bit of a hole - haven't been too enamoured with agents so far, but thought the good folk of LFGSS might know of someone with the perfect flat for us.

I'm renting my flat out at the moment - large 1 bed that was originally two but knocked through to make large living room. 3 mins from Portobello road. BUT and it is a big but is the top floor in a Victorian house and lugging bikes/pushchairs is a bit of a chore. Plenty of space for bikes. I have cycled to Royal Free - about 20-25 mins if memory serves.
