so who's bidding on this?
I iz gonna snipa it y'all.... dirt cheap FTW!
no.

• #17880
the question is now, what happens if two people are sniping the same item?
will ebay headquarters melt down and course a backhole where every ebay user gets sucked in, slowly and plainfuly until we are no more?????

• #17881
.... the reality is that your £200 max falls by the wayside and you get it for £265.
putting on my smarmy professional voice
"Sir, consider those 65 pounds against the cost and bother of having to search around and wait until the same item comes up again. "
pause
"And who knows what it will go for then? Considering the market precedent created by the current auction result"

gixen is free and effective.
Sniping lets you put your max bid on and not enter into a bidding war with other parties, showing your hand too soon, giving them time to consider bidding more, and inflating the price unecessarily.
At the end of the day, highest bidder wins, the only people who are bitter are those people who haven't put their maximum bids on and want to 'see how it goes'.
That is all.

SPOT THE DIFFERENCE
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/singlespeed-ra...d=p3286.c0.m14if its the same frame, the difference is £256.99
Type carbon frame into the search and ebay, and about 100 of these frames turn up labeled as all sorts

Guys please excuse the violation of the thread but i 'm newbie and i need your guidance :)
I have a pair of campy omegaV rims 36h (tubular), one complete front wheel built with campy veloce hub (small flange) and the other plain.
Do you think that someone need something like this? any luck if i post them at ebay?
Can you estimate a price for them? i will give a set of light used (~50km) Hutchinson with them. They don't have more than 1000km.I want to give them cause i don't use tubulars in my current road bike and i want
compatibility with my steel one ;)Any advice will help, sorry about my english...

@200£
@194.99
@299
@ £55hardly any difference in frame, it seems like carbon forks highers the price by almost £250 in one case.
not sure how one style frame can have such a price jump
