Nope, if you look at some of the promotional material Charge put out with the release of the Racer and the Freestyler, it had black-wrapped drop bars and a less brilliant finish than the final release.
I can remember the picture, the bike was against a black backdrop and had orange whirls of light behind it. I'll do try and hunt it now.
I want that Ti Charge. Maybe not as much as a Ti Katana, but still, quite a lot.
FOUND IT! It isn't brushed, but it does have black drops and cable guides. I prefer it!
