We now begin our survey of players to establish rules and regulations.
There will be three series of polls. Each will last 48 hours. There will be 11 polls in the first series. Then there will be a few more in a second series. There may be a third series, depending on how the votes go. All will be complete in 6 days (possibly 4 days).
