Leeds -> Otley with no hills you have to basically avoid the Chevin. So either the main road out past Adel that intersects pool bank. Or up through Horsforth and Rawdon into Guiseley and round to Otley...if you do this from Guiseley you can go straight on along the bottom of the valley to Menston/Burley in Wharfdale and Ilkley. There are always going to be some hills but those routes will avoid those that are particularly steep or long. Sadly it's the main roads that tend to be the least steep/hilly.
