2009-08-15 - Long Ride (inc. gears) Surrey Hills (Average Speed 17mph)

Yeah I'm looking at that one too. Sorry to derail but just a couple of quick questions:

1. Does it work like a normal car GPS (showing the maps and the arrow showing which way to go). I presume it does and whilst I won't be using it mostly for that it will come in handy when riding places I don't know.
   
2. Does it come preloaded with the maps and stuff?
   
3. Is it easy to use?
   
4. How much did you pay for it and where from?

1 yep and it will flash the info up if the display is set to something else - also at night you can get it to light up when it is announcing changes of direction etc.
2 buy the european maps when you get it unless you go off road and need elevation etc
3 i use it so must be simple
best place i could find was handtec.co.uk but prices do vary

4 it will find the most shit route out of london it can.

And back to london, but it was better than guessing our way in!
