  • Tighten the fuck out of it.
    You should only have to do this once.
    If the bolt keeps coming loose after this it means you fucked the taper inside the crank.

    A really good way to get sufficient leverage on the bolt is to grab the allen key and crank at the same time and push each towards the other with your body weight forcing both sides down.

    This has always worked for me.
