Do not get dirt harry's they are horrible bulky things and are designed to be used on the bend of a bar.
If you are using canti's you do not want v brake levers. Although some (like avid ones) have adjustable pull making them suitable for either.
For V brakes, shimano's would be a high quality value choice.
If you want some used retro canti-lever specific levers let me know. Theres a bunch in the bike shop i work at.
