From my reading he's saying that's what the police and ambulance people told him? Which is kinda surprising but not sure how else to read it?
Scary stuff anyway James, although the fact you managed to single handedly stop 16 people stealing your bike is clearly impressive.
I'd spray the whole bike with WD40 then go to bed.
